Sa re-signature avec les Coyotes en 2017 montre qu’on appréciait sa présence dans l’organisation, avant qu’il ne poursuive son chemin ailleurs au fil des échanges.

Le 24 juillet 2019, Mark Naclerio a mis un terme à sa carrière dans la LHSBA après un parcours entièrement disputé au niveau FARM, laissant derrière lui l'image d'un joueur de soutien polyvalent et discipliné.

Capable d'évoluer au centre comme aux deux ailes, Naclerio s'est distingué principalement par sa capacité d'adaptation. En 96 matchs répartis entre les Roadrunners, les Phantoms et les Condors, il a inscrit 22 points, dont 14 buts.

Sa première saison fut également l'une de ses plus efficaces. En 2016-17, il a récolté 9 points en seulement 23 matchs avec les Roadrunners. Il a ensuite égalé cette production la saison suivante avec les Phantoms, inscrivant notamment 7 buts en 44 rencontres.

Son profil était davantage celui d'un joueur de soutien que d'un attaquant offensif de premier plan. Sa discipline (DI 78), son patinage (SK 68), sa force (ST 69) et son efficacité aux mises au jeu (FO 68) lui permettaient d'être utilisé dans différents rôles.
